Job Summary
Conduct inpatient acute care for medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care patients on a 36-hour week from 7am to 7:30pm. Provide daily diagnostic imaging coverage and utilize telemonitoring systems while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Manage patient populations in a 31-bed unit supported by on-site management and dedicated nurse educators. This role offers cross-training opportunities within a supportive community hospital environment where staff receive comprehensive orientation and career development resources.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN
