Nurse Resident, Acute Care - Nights - Neuro Med/Surg - Bayfront Hospital

Administer bedside patient care in the Neuro Med/Surg unit under preceptor supervision, assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care for conditions including stroke, Parkinson's, MS, epilepsy, and head injuries. Evaluate patient progress toward expected outcomes, coordinate care for defined groups, and delegate tasks to team members based on capabilities. Document patient care consistently while maintaining compliance with Orlando Health policies and regulatory standards. Serve as a role model, unit educator, and preceptor to support new team members and students within the 12-month ANCC accredited residency program. Full-time nights shift (3 12s) in St. Petersburg.
