Nurse Residency Program - White Oak Medical Center (Winter 2027)

Attend assigned learning activities and clinical experiences while rotating shifts according to the program schedule. Complete all clinical and classroom assignments to maintain an 80% minimum passing grade, and participate in regular evaluation sessions to obtain feedback on individual performance. Work closely with a preceptor, CNS, educators, and the program coordinator to integrate and maximize learning, and complete competency documentation and an Evidenced-Based Practice Project prior to program completion. Arrive on time and prepared, managing costs associated with required books, materials, equipment, and transportation.
