Nurse Residency Program - Shady Grove Medical Center (Winter 2027)

Attend assigned learning activities and clinical experiences while rotating shifts according to the program or preceptor's schedule. Complete all clinical and classroom assignments to maintain an 80% minimum passing grade and participate in regular evaluation sessions for feedback and competency documentation. Work under direct RN preceptor supervision during orientation, then collaborate with preceptors, CNS, educators, and the program coordinator to integrate and maximize learning. Complete an Evidenced-Based Practice Project prior to program completion. Arrive on time and prepared, managing costs for required books, materials, equipment, and transportation, including potential off-site training.
