Nurse Residency Program - Rehab Rockville (Winter 2027)

Attend assigned learning activities and clinical experiences while rotating shifts according to the program or preceptor's schedule. Arrive prepared daily, complete all clinical and classroom assignments, and maintain an 80% minimum passing grade. Work under direct RN preceptor supervision during orientation to acquire RN role competencies, then transition to independence with ongoing mentorship. Collaborate with preceptors, CNS, educators, and the program coordinator to integrate learning, participate in regular evaluation sessions, and complete competency documentation. Submit an Evidenced-Based Practice Project prior to program completion.
