Job Summary
Coordinate clinical and nursing research studies from initiation through closeout, collaborating with principal investigators and interdisciplinary teams. Prepare, maintain, and submit regulatory files, IRB submissions, and audit materials while ensuring compliance with institutional, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Support evidence-based practice initiatives through data collection, analysis, educational programs, and dissemination of findings. Serve as a resource to nursing staff regarding research processes and regulatory standards. Represent the department on interdisciplinary committees to support process improvements. Requires a Master's in Nursing, current New York State RN license, and three years of clinical or nursing research experience.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Nursing
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical or nursing research experience
Desired Qualifications
- DNP
- experience with IRB submissions, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practice
- CCRP or CCRA certification
- Working knowledge of clinical research regulations, IRB processes, FDA requirements, and other regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, project coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
