Nurse PT Night

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administer and record medications and treatments, and reinforce supports while providing health care instructions to patients and families. Participate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge. Observe and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, record patient responses on charts, and maintain environmental conditions for comfort and safety. Assume charge of the unit as assigned. LPN/RN licensure with one year experience preferred. Health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and flexible schedule included.
