Job Summary
Independent contractor role conducting general medical disability examinations for Veterans as part of Matrix Providers' provider network. Duties include reviewing medical and military records, gathering and synthesizing clinical evidence, conducting diagnostic testing, interviewing Veterans, performing face-to-face examinations, and developing medical opinions regarding the likelihood that a Veteran's condition is related to military service. Per diem opportunities available with a flexible schedule. Requires Master’s Degree in Nursing and active APRN/NP or PA license in the state of examination; compensation offered at $70–$78.85 per hour. Training, malpractice insurance, and support provided.
