Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Associate (PA) sought for Primary Care with a focus on Women’s Health in Somersworth, NH. Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan and deliver women’s health services within an outpatient primary care setting. Perform preventive health exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care; manage acute and chronic medical conditions; coordinate care and referrals with internal and external providers; collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams; document patient care accurately within the EHR; participate in provider meetings, quality initiatives, and clinical collaboration activities. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience, Women’s Health experience, and current NH licensure/board certification as an NP or PA, plus DEA registration and BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred). The role offers a mission-driven, team-oriented outpatient environment with opportunity to contribute to quality improvement and integrated care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current NH RN licensure and APRN licensure (for APRN candidates)
- Board Certification through ANCC and/or AANP (for APRN) or NCCPA Certification (for PA)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate
- Women’s Health experience required
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- Current NH Physician Associate license (for PA candidates)
- Experience providing women’s health services within primary care, family medicine, OB/GYN, or community health settings
