Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner for Walk In Care at MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. 32-hour per week role caring for patients of all ages with minor medical issues and injuries on a walk-in basis. NP works in a fast-paced, patient-centered team alongside Walk In Care and Primary Care Providers; embedded in the Primary Care office on the Waldo campus. Responsibilities include collaborative clinical care across emergency/urgent care and primary care settings, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- Maine NP License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- 2 years' experience as an NP is required
