Job Summary
Walk-in Care Nurse Practitioner position (32 hours/week) at MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. Works with Walk in Care and Primary Care Providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered team; embedded in the Primary Care office on the Waldo campus. Responsibilities include caring for patients of all ages with minor medical issues on a walk-in basis; collaborates with team members to provide comprehensive care. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- License/Certification: Maine NP License and DEA.
- ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Experience: 2 years' experience as an NP is required.
- Experience: Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care/walk-in care or primary care is preferred.
