Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner needed for a Walk-In Care team at MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. The role supports care for patients of all ages with minor medical issues in a fast-paced, patient-centered team environment and collaborates with other Walk-In Care members and Primary Care Providers. The position is embedded in the Primary Care office on the Waldo campus and offers a competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and CME expense reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- Maine NP License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care/walk-in care or primary care is preferred
- 2 years' experience as an NP is required
