Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner needed for Walk In Care at MaineHealth's Belfast campus. Join a fast-paced, patient-centered team providing care to patients of all ages with minor medical issues in a walk-in setting. Collaborative practice with Walk in care teammates and Primary Care Providers; embedded in the Primary Care office. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, NP program graduation, active Maine NP license and DEA, ACLS/PALS preferred, and 2 years of NP experience (urgent/primary care and emergency medicine experience preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- Maine NP License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- 2 years' experience as an NP is required
- Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care/walk-in care or primary care is preferred
