Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner sought for Walk-In Care at MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. 32-hour per week role caring for patients of all ages with minor medical issues on a walk-in basis. Collaborates with Walk-In Care and Primary Care Providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered team environment. Embedded in the Primary Care office on the Waldo campus. Includes sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME expense reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- Maine NP License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care/walk-in care or primary care is preferred
- 2 years' experience as an NP is required
