Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner for Walk-In Care at MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. The role is 32 hours per week, caring for patients of all ages with minor medical issues and injuries on a walk-in basis, working collaboratively with Walk-In Care and Primary Care teams in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, NP program graduation, Maine NP license and DEA; ACLS/PALS preferred; 2 years NP experience required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- Maine NP License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care/walk-in care or primary care is preferred
- 2 years' experience as an NP is required
