Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner sought for Walk In Care at MaineHealth’s Belfast, ME site. 32-hour work week delivering care to patients of all ages with minor medical issues, collaborating with Walk In Care teammates and Primary Care Providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting embedded in the Primary Care office on the Waldo campus. Responsibilities include managing varied medical conditions in urgent/walk-in contexts, contributing to a collaborative care team, and supporting patient-centered care with a focus on efficiency and quality. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, graduate NP program completion, Maine NP license and DEA, and at least 2 years of NP experience; ACLS and PALS preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited certified Nurse Practitioner's program
- Maine NP License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- 2 years' experience as an NP is required
