Nurse Practitioner

Conduct patient-centered primary care, family planning, and abortion services including ultrasound, IUD insertion/removal, and medication abortion. Review medical histories, perform assessments, prescribe medications, and manage procedure-related complications or emergencies. Order and interpret lab tests, ensure accurate coding, and maintain thorough medical documentation. Respond to client inquiries and participate in patient follow-up and referral systems. Precept medical trainees and students while adhering to all regulatory standards and clinic protocols. Part-time role covering Wednesdays through Fridays with occasional Saturday coverage; starting pay between $54.84 and $58.07 hourly, higher for Virginia Autonomous Practitioners.
