Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care in collaboration with physicians. Order and interpret diagnostic testing while prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic regimens within the scope of practice. Implement treatment plans, adjust therapies, and communicate test results or risks to the collaborating physician. Perform procedures, manage patient education, and maintain accurate electronic medical record entries.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree-Nurse Practitioner
- Basic Life Support Certification
