Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care Washington Township

Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, lab work, and EKGs, then develop and implement treatment plans including prescribing medications and therapies. Perform minor procedures like suturing, splinting, and wound care while providing patient education on health maintenance. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development. Requires current NJ Nurse Practitioner license, FNP certification, and DEA license; Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with two years of urgent care or ER experience preferred.
