Job Summary
Provide evaluation and treatment to urgent care patients across Newark, Canandaigua, and Farmington sites. Accurately collect records, interpret patient data, and formulate appropriate treatment plans for all levels of acuity. Demonstrate flexibility in decision-making and prioritizing workload while communicating effectively with physicians and staff. Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and live the CARES values at all times. Requires an active NY State license and 2-3 years of experience. Schedule includes 12-hour shifts, three days per week covering days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates skill in communicating both verbally and in writing
- Accurately collects records and interprets patient information and data
- Demonstrates flexibility in decision making and prioritizing workload
- Has good command of knowledge base including knowledge of medical issues for each age group across the lifespan
- Provides treatment and evaluation of patients of all levels of acuity
- Able to interpret data and anticipate needs for each age-related and functional developmental level and to formulate appropriate treatment plan
- Must have a positive, cooperative attitude and exhibit a joyful exuberance for their work
- Lives the CARES values at all times
- Active NY State license/registration as a Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent Communication skills required
