Job Summary
Provide high-quality, walk-in urgent care services for patients of all ages by diagnosing acute illnesses, treating minor injuries, and performing procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision & drainage, and wound care. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging while managing common urgent conditions like infections, respiratory illnesses, minor fractures, and lacerations. Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure efficient patient flow and maintain excellent satisfaction. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. This full-time role within a Joint Commission-accredited, non-profit healthcare system serving over 600,000 residents offers strong clinical support and modern facilities in Maple Valley, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
- Active/eligible DEA registration

- Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
