Job Summary
Evaluate and administer treatment plans for urgent care patients in coordination with a supervising physician. Provide patient education and counseling about treatment processes and recovery expectations. Formulate differential diagnoses considering various potential illness causes. Communicate effectively in verbal, nonverbal, and written formats while maintaining patient confidentiality. Display leadership, organization, independent thinking, and judgment skills. Maintain and expand knowledge in nursing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Current PA RN and CRNP licenses
- ACLS
- Act 33 & 73 Clearances
- Act 34-PA Criminal Record Check
- Meet the credentialing requirements of the Medical Staff Office
Desired Qualifications
- Doctor of Nursing Practice
- One year experience working as CRNP
- Experience in Healthcare setting
