Job Summary
Conduct urgent care patient assessments and manage autonomous clinical procedures across multiple West Valley Phoenix locations. Manage full-time shifts with flexible scheduling, including 7-day coverage from 8am to 8pm, while handling shared call rotations once monthly. Deliver care to patients of all ages from newborns to geriatric populations using prescriptive authority and DEA certification. Support an integrated health system model featuring telehealth, sports medicine, and joint primary care services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of urgent care or procedures experience
- Family Nurse Practitioner designation with active AZ license
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- National Certification
- BLS
- recent experience with all ages (newborn to geriatric)
- Proficient in urgent care procedures
- Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment
- Full Time shifts
- Flexible Scheduling
