Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations, perform focused physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing while managing post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes within a fast-paced outpatient environment. Work closely with medical assistants and administrative staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support clinical protocol development. This role offers hands-on training and mentorship for those eager to grow in vascular medicine, pain management, or interventional radiology.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum two years of clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Compassionate bedside manner with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records

- Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties
