Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- NP-California Nurse Practitioner licensure
- RN-California registration
- CSRC-Controlled Substance Certification (required if prescribing narcotics)
- BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
- 5 years of recent relevant experience
