Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner Sub-Investigator, on-site in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, assessing lab values and EKGs, monitoring subject compliance with study drug use and follow-up visits, evaluating response to therapy, documenting adverse events and determining their relationship to treatment, providing medical care for treatable adverse events, communicating with primary care physicians as requested, recording study events in source documents, promptly reporting Serious Adverse Events to the PI and study coordinator, familiarizing with investigational products and related documents, and maintaining effective communication with subjects, the research team, IRB, and sponsors. Regular team meetings and other duties as assigned. Eligible candidates must hold an APRN and CNP license with a commitment to ethical research practices and patient safety; CTMS experience is a plus; IV certification is a plus. The posted base pay range annualized is $95,100.00 - $237,700.00, with compensation factors/location/schedule potentially influencing final offer.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid and current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license
- Commitment to Ethical Research Practices and patient safety
- Experience with CTMS a plus
- IV Certification a plus
- No History of License Suspension or debarment in any state or by the FDA
