Job Summary
Provide outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine care for adult patients by evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions such as COPD, asthma, chronic cough, and sleep apnea. Conduct patient consultations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning while interpreting sleep studies, pulmonary function tests, and diagnostic imaging. Collaborate closely with pulmonologists and sleep medicine physicians on comprehensive care plans, educate patients on CPAP/BiPAP therapy and lifestyle modifications, and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems. Requires Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure with active DEA registration.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
- Active/eligible DEA registration

- Prior experience in pulmonary, sleep medicine, internal medicine, or primary care
