Nurse Practitioner

In-home health evaluation clinician role: Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing evaluations to health plan members in their homes, including medication/medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, bone density). Uses an iPad/workflow; not required to prescribe, order labs, or change current treatment. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, visiting members nationwide, traveling locally within licensed states, and conducting virtual visits as needed. Primary workplace is the member’s private residence; environments may include pets or secondhand smoke. Requires an active license, board certification, and ability to cover primary locations (Bellevue area). Pay ranges shown reflect base pay per in-home evaluation with potential per-visit incentives; hourly pay is provided in the posting and corresponds to an annualized salary range for this role.
