Job Summary
Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each visit while engaging in one-on-one patient education. Perform virtual visits as needed and fulfill all Diagnostic & Preventive Services products. Travel locally and within licensed states as required. This part-time role covers 29.5 weekly hours with a base pay range of $46.03 - $99.14 per evaluation. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license and board certification in Rhode Island.
