Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients in their private residences to review medical history and answer health questions. Perform virtual visits as needed while adhering to local travel requirements within licensed states. Provide comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services without prescribing medication or altering existing treatment regimens. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly commitment of 29.5 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
