Job Summary
Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Perform virtual visits as needed while using an iPad clinical workflow. Travel locally and within licensed states to visit health plan members in their private residences, which may contain pets or allergens. Provide Diagnostic and Preventive Services products without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Maintain an active, unrestricted license and board certification. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 29.5 hours.
