Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area, performing 45-minute visits that include medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, reviewing medical history and providing personalized health education without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally and nationally, including overnight stays, to fulfill requirements in multiple licensed states while maintaining active, unrestricted licenses and board certification. Perform diagnostic and preventive services as indicated, adapting to diverse home environments that may contain pets or allergens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
