Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- ARNP license in Washington State
- Pre-hire and annual health screenings; annual influenza vaccine
- ACNP/ARNP program completion
- Certification by Nursing Certification Board (PNCB, FPNCB)
- DEA certificate if prescribing controlled substances
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire and ongoing
- ability to prescribe legend drugs (notation on license)
