Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, managing acute and complex chronic patients primarily in an outpatient setting. The role includes performing comprehensive history and physical examinations, documenting patient care, ordering diagnostic tests, and formulating individualized care plans. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in nursing, relevant licensure, and at least two years of experience. Additional certifications like BLS and ACLS are needed, along with demonstrated proficiency in utilizing clinical technology.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner Master’s Level prepared
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Eligible for a DEA number and credentialing
- Minimum of two years prior experience preferred
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- ACLS certification required where clinically necessary

- Competent diagnostic ability
- Comprehensive knowledge of general vascular care
- Computer skills to utilize clinical technology including electronic medical record software
