Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner Resident in Mercy’s primary care residency in Grove, OK. 12-month outpatient family medicine residency with mentorship and quarterly didactic days; after program completion, possible transition to full-time role within Mercy. Must be board certified and hold an eligible license before working; participation in a residency through Pittsburg State University; day shift, Monday–Friday, outpatient clinic serving patients of all ages. Includes tuition reimbursement (Mercy coworker requirement), comprehensive benefits (health, dental, CME), and relocation assistance; Epic EMR used; PSLF eligibility noted for not-for-profit system.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed to practice in Oklahoma
- Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner Program (or within 18 months of graduation)
- Outpatient family medicine experience or training is preferred
- Evidence of proper licensure prior to working
