Job Summary
Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant exclusively at a designated skilled nursing facility or post-acute rehab center. Collaborate with PCP teams and the interdisciplinary care team to manage conditions such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries. Work alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function, track therapy progress, and address barriers including joint pain, spasticity, and neurogenic bowel or bladder issues. Represent CRC through strong clinical leadership, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine. This 40-hour full-time role in San Diego, CA, offers autonomy with no evening, weekend, or on-call obligations, supported by a virtual scribe and comprehensive training to achieve PM&R certification.
Required Qualifications

- California License
- Ability to work in the U.S.

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
