Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Current NP or PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority

- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
- 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
Desired Qualifications
