Job Summary
Join Matrix Medical Network as a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) to conduct in-home health assessments. Flexible scheduling with competitive pay based on number of assessments. Requires Master's Degree, NP licensure, and board certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
- Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority
- AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
