Job Summary
Join Matrix Medical Network as a PRN Nurse Practitioner to conduct comprehensive health assessments for members in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities, with flexibility in scheduling and competitive pay based on the number of assessments completed. Relocation assistance and support for additional licensure are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or commensurate experience in nursing
- Current NP licensure in state of practice
- AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in relevant specialties
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Experience conducting adult/geriatric assessments
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Requirements
- 1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
