Job Summary
Travel to and from patients' homes to perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in the Boston area. Review medical history, ensure accurate documentation, conduct medical reconciliation, and provide basic education on wellness and preventative healthcare. This role focuses on intimate, personal interactions rather than treatment or prescription. Qualified candidates must hold an active state NP license, national board certification, and BLS certification, with a Master's degree or commensurate experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license
- Active State NP license
- Active National board certification
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider
