Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care to seniors following clinical standards, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Collaborate daily with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical histories and records. Work onsite at clinics in Shreveport and Bossier City reporting to the Associate Medical Director. This zero-hour contracted role requires a Master's Degree in Nursing with board certification, an active unrestricted NP license, and an active DEA license. Compensation ranges from $149,800 to $206,100 annually. TB screening is required upon selection.
