Job Summary
Provide in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care, prescribe medications, and develop personalized health plans. Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management while collaborating closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness. Maintain an active and unrestricted FNP license, hold board certification, and possess DEA registration. Join a part-time, PRN schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance with full malpractice and tail coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state
- Board certification as an FNP
- DEA registration
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of primary care experience preferred
- Experience treating patients ages 2+
