Job Summary
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups while conducting comprehensive physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide preventive care with wellness counseling. Maintain accurate patient documentation within the EMR, manage follow-up care, and coordinate referrals to specialists. Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical support staff to ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Respond effectively to urgent care presentations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Board Certification Nurse Practitioner (a must)
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical experience preferred in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Bilingual skills are a plus
