Join our outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manchester, NH as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting within the Elliot Health System / SolutionHealth network, collaborating with physicians to deliver comprehensive care. 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Use Epic EMR and be part of a team delivering high-quality care in a regional health system. This role focuses on outpatient Family Medicine within a cluster of facilities in Southern New Hampshire and emphasizes integrated, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Experience in outpatient Family Medicine
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or equivalent
