Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care in a clinic-based MinuteClinic setting delivering evidence-based primary and family care with in-person and clinic-based virtual visits. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions; conducting diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals; engaging patients in wellness services and chronic disease management; and completing essential clinic operations such as inventory management, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Requires Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, active national board certification (AANP or ANCC), and an active unrestricted state APRN license. DOT certification within 30 days, BLS, ability to order vaccines, and proficiency with EPIC EHR are preferred. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs.
