Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Provide quality primary care to patients under physician supervision while practicing medicine within your scope of license and adhering to current standards of care and Medical Staff Bylaws. Evaluate and follow up with patients, complete charting and required paperwork timely, and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care appropriate to the age of patients served. Promote a safety-conscious workplace, communicate appropriately with patients regardless of age, and participate in the development or review of office policies to support the Practice Manager. Demonstrate a commitment to flexible work scheduling when necessary to ensure patient care.
