Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions for residents in long-term care, nursing homes, and senior living facilities. Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education while collaborating with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care. Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad and participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes. Requires Master's degree, active RN license, NP certification (ANCC or AANP), and BLS certification. Part-time role with flexible scheduling and guaranteed patient volume from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program
- Active RN license
- NP certification (ANCC or AANP)
- BLS certification
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training
- Long-term care/nursing home experience
- ACLS certification
