Job Summary
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnoses, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease. Promote wellness and prevention of illness and injury across individuals, families, and communities. Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants, contributing to safety outcomes and delivering high-quality patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
- License: Nurse Practitioner (APN) licensure in the State of IL
- Federal DEA license and Illinois Controlled Substances License
- Master's degree in specialty area
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of three years Nurse Practitioner experience
- Experience with advanced directive and goals of care
