Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner – Podiatry at MH Podiatry Rockport and Belfast (MaineHealth) seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join a high-volume surgical and outpatient podiatry team. The APP will blend clinical duties with surgical first-assist in foot and ankle procedures, independently evaluate and manage podiatry patients, perform office-based podiatric procedures (wound care, injections, post-operative follow-ups), support postoperative care, and collaborate closely with podiatrists and staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Maine
- Eligible for licensure in Maine if not currently licensed
- Experience or strong interest in surgical first assist and podiatric medicine
- Prior experience in podiatry, orthopedics, surgery, or wound care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and team-based care
- Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach
