Job Summary
Conduct physical exams and annual health profiles for patients, then coordinate care with primary care physicians regarding opioid and psychoactive medication prescriptions. Supervise nursing staff, manage medication storage and inventory, and maintain accurate patient data in computer files. Consult monthly with counselors and medical directors to adapt treatment plans and participate in case planning. Requires current DEA license, state NP licensure, and BLS/CPR certification. Full-time role at Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Martinsville, IN, offering 18 days PTO and a loan repayment program.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current DEA Prescription license
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner licensed in accordance with the laws in the State of employment
- Must maintain continuing education credits as required by the appropriate licensing board
- Must be CPR, First Aid, and BLS certified
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in the field of drug abuse recommended
